with soybean oil or sunflower oil and ethanol as raw materials, using sulfuric acid as catalyst, esterification reaction was carried out to generate mixed fatty acid ethyl ester, and then the crude product was obtained by urea complexation, and the product was obtained by vacuum fractionation.
mainly used as pharmaceutical raw materials, with lower cholesterol and blood lipids, prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
This product is non-toxic. Aluminium drum or glass bottle packaging. Avoid light and heat during storage.

use | ethyl linoleate and linoleic acid have the same effect of lowering cholesterol and blood lipids, and can prevent or reduce atherosclerosis. The side reaction of ethyl linoleate is much lighter than that of linoleic acid. It can also be used as a raw material for Maitong. |
Production method | is obtained by esterification of linoleic acid and ethanol in the presence of sulfuric acid. Linoleic acid (iodine value above 168), absolute ethanol and concentrated sulfuric acid are put into the reactor, stirred, and heated and refluxed for 4 hours. Ethanol is recovered by distillation until ethanol-free distillation. Cold, wash water until the water layer is not acidic to the wind fruit red test paper, reduce pressure distillation to remove water, and then collect 195 ℃(0.9 3千帕) fraction is the finished product. Linoleic acid can be extracted from soybean oil or sunflower oil, and the amount of linoleic acid in soybean oil is 43-56%. Soybean oil produces about 5-10% of oil feet and soap feet in the refining process. Generally, it is more economical to extract linoleic acid with leftovers. Each ton of linoleic acid consumes 5-5.9 tons of soybean oil soap feet. |
